How does eCare work?

First, you’ll fill out a brief questionnaire about your symptoms and medical history. Then, one of our providers will review this information to make a diagnosis. You will receive an email from this provider with appropriate treatment plans or prescriptions.

Use eCare for minor health concerns, such as:

How long are eCare wait times?

This service is very quick! Our goal is to contact you within an hour during clinic hours. If you are not contacted within this timeframe, your visit will be free.
