In St. Luke's Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, we provide specialized care in a safe and compassionate environment for patients recovering from neurological conditions, trauma injuries, and other medical conditions.
This program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). St. Luke’s Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit is also DNV GL Healthcare certified, ensuring high-quality care.
What conditions require inpatient rehabilitation?
We focus on specialized treatment in a variety of areas including but not limited to:
- Brain injury
- Hip fracture
- Hip or knee replacement
- Major multiple trauma injuries
- Neurological disorders
- Parkinson's disease (LSVT)
- Spinal cord injury

We provide highly specialized, intensive therapy through a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians. The team includes:
- Physician assistants
- Specialty trained and certified rehab nurses
- Physical therapists
- Occupational therapists

- Case managers

Will I have support after I leave the hospital?
Yes. Following your inpatient stay, we offer services you need to continue the healing process. These include:
- Outpatient services at one of our primary care clinics in the region
- Home health care services
- Neuro-specific therapy available at St. Luke’s 9th Ave Suites
