We offer chronic kidney disease management including:

  • Delaying progression of chronic kidney disease
  • Management of complications due to chronic kidney disease
  • Anemia management

We manage the kidney transplant process including:

  • Evaluation of potential kidney donors
  • Post-transplant management of kidney transplant recipients
  • Hosting outreach kidney transplant teams from Fairview University and Mayo Clinic health systems

We also offer additional services such as:

  • Chronic management of patients on hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis
  • Assessment and treatment of difficult-to-control hypertension
  • Assessment and treatment of electrolyte disorders
  • Metabolic assessment of recurrent kidney stones
