Philosophy of care
As a nurse practitioner, my philosophy of care is to provide all individuals with the best, most personalized patient care possible regardless of any barriers, situations, or circumstances. I strive to do this by acknowledging their unique circumstances, taking the time to listen, and addressing any concerns they may have. I educate patients and their families and provide unconditional compassionate and holistic high-quality care.
Why Rebecca went into medicine
I knew at a very young age that I wanted to obtain an occupation that focused on caring for and helping others. As the time approached to decide what college degree to pursue, I chose nursing as it is the epitome of caring.
Favorite Advice to give to patients
Always be involved and informed about your healthcare. Ask questions and never be afraid to share your concerns with your provider. Lastly, take an active role in your health care by living a healthy lifestyle.
In my spare time, I like to spend time with my loved ones and dogs, reading, listening to books and podcasts, shopping, decorating, gardening, and being outdoors enjoying nature.
