Philosophy of care
The body benefits from movement and the mind from stillness –Sakyong Mipham
In a world of instant gratification and everyone being an 11/10 on the “go scale”, I work to help my patients find balance with moving well to promote physical wellness but also finding the stillness they need to manage mental wellness.

Hobbies
Adventure has always called to me and being in the Duluth area has really let me expand! I enjoy downhill skiing, mountain biking, gardening, hiking and camping. I also enjoy Crossfit, yoga, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and relaxing at the lake. You can find me trying anything new, but also relaxing at home with my fur babies.
