I strive to provide a positive, comfortable environment where I look forward to educating people about their body and how they can take control of their health. I like to work with each individual in finding ways to reach goals that are specific to their lifestyle and needs.

What are your personal interests?
I have found myself home in the Chequamegon Bay region of Lake Superior. I love being surrounded by trees, trails, and water. I enjoy spending time with my husband, our daughter, and our two dogs. I enjoy being in nature which gives me a sense of calm & restores me.
