Kelly, Clinic Manager

Posted On:

"I have worked almost every clinic position there is," said Kelly Crandall. "I've been a phlebotomist, patient account representative, medical assistant, care coordinator, volunteer coordinator, clinic coordinator and clinic supervisor!"

"There's room to grow at St. Luke's."

Today, Kelly serves as the Clinic Manager for two St. Luke's primary care clinics: Denfeld and P.S. Rudie. "I started at St. Luke's when I was only 19," she said. "Thanks to some encouragement from a coworker, I went back to school for my Bachelor's, then my Master's. That person seeing potential in me changed my life."

To return the favor, Kelly now actively looks for ways to help others see their potential, too.

"There's room to grow at St. Luke's," she said. "When we improve individually, our teams get stronger, and we're able to better care for our patients. That's really motivating to me."

Thanks, Kelly, for encouraging the people around you to be the best versions of themselves!
