St. Luke’s has specialized areas of cancer care that were created for specific points on the cancer journey.

Cancer Rehabilitation

The St. Luke's Cancer Rehabilitation program provides patients with coordinated cancer rehabilitation supported by a team of clinicians and providers. The team consists of physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, registered dietitians and social workers. Each team member provides expertise, guidance, training and support through your rehabilitation treatment.

Home Care Services

St. Luke’s Home Care Services helps patients resume activities of daily living after cancer treatment. To qualify for Home Care Services, a patient must require skilled nursing care, physical therapy and/or speech therapy.


St. Luke’s Hospice Duluth®

St. Luke’s Hospice Duluth® provides hospice care services to help patients remain in the comfort of their own homes. Under the supervision of the program’s medical director, professional caregivers work with family members and the patient’s physician to develop a personalized plan of care and support. St. Luke’s Hospice Duluth® is staffed by registered nurses, home health aides, social workers, counselors, dietitians, chaplains, volunteers, and physical, occupational and speech therapists.
