Philosophy of care
“Each person should take time to stretch their mind, body and soul each day.”

Why Seth went into therapy
“I had the opportunity in high school to take a human anatomy course and fell in love with how the body is constructed. The way the muscles and nerves interact is fascinating. Once I was a physical therapist, the hospital setting it brought a whole new level of interest, adding the different body systems to the musculoskeletal system.”

Favorite advice to give patients
“Even tho you may find yourself a patient in the hospital, it is important to remember you are still a person. Take time and get out of bed if you are able, eat sitting up, spend time talking with family and continue the activities you can enjoy.”

Hometown
Wayzata, MN

Hobbies
“I enjoy being outside and enjoying all that Duluth has to offer, hiking trails, mountain biking and spending time down by the lake. My dream is to be involved with an international organization such as Doctors Without Borders and care for those in developing nations.”

What patients should know about Seth
As physical therapists, we will be asking you to do things that your mind knows you need to do, but oftentimes your body won’t allow you to. At St. Luke’s we will come alongside you, meet you where you are, and help you achieve your goals.”
