Philosophy of care
I believe it’s important for physicians to relay medical information and recommendations to the patient and come to a decision on a treatment plan through shared decision making.
Also, as a family medicine provider, I really enjoy caring for mothers and babies. It's a wonderful part of our jobs. My goal is to provide women a safe place to have the birthing experience that fits their needs. I like to keep women informed of their options and provide support. "
Why Dr. Nelson went into medicine
The field of medicine is stimulating and challenging.
