Philosophy of care
I prefer to work together with my patients to make decisions regarding their care. It’s my job to give guidance for healthcare choices based on the best evidence -- not tell patients what to do.
Why Dr. Wodrich went into medicine
I went into medicine because of my interest in anatomy and physiology. I also wanted to help people.
Favorite advice to give to patients
Eat well, exercise and get good sleep. Take the time to do the things that make you happy.
Before going on to medical school, I worked in outdoor experiential education as a PT assistant and guided in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness in the summers. Now, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters, being outdoors, biking, golfing and singing with the DSSO chorus.
