I went into medicine because of my interest in anatomy and physiology. I also wanted to help people.

Hobbies
Before going on to medical school, I worked in outdoor experiential education as a PT assistant and guided in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness in the summers. Now, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters, being outdoors, biking, golfing and singing with the DSSO chorus.
