Biography

Philosophy of care
I believe the foundation for effective care is a patient-therapist relationship that fosters collaboration and communication. I think it’s essential to understand an injury, pain or dysfunction within the holistic context of a patient’s daily life. I see a physical therapist as a guide that educates patients to greater understanding of their injury, supporting and empowering patient self-efficacy for positive outcomes.

Why Parker went into physical therapy
My personal experiences with injury and my enthusiasm for human movement led me to the field of physical therapy. I knew that as a physical therapist I could share my passion and knowledge with others in meaningful ways.
