Why Dr. Johnson went into medicine
I have always enjoyed working directly with people and hearing their stories, but I also enjoy science and learning how things work. I love being a family doctor because I get to meet so many wonderful people every day and help them meet their health goals. Going into medicine allows me to problem solve every day, and at the same time I am making countless human connections.
Favorite advice to give to patients
Our bodies don’t read the textbooks – so medicine is usually more art than science.
