Why Jacey went into therapy
I tore my ACL playing volleyball in high school and went through about 6 months of physical therapy. This sparked my interest and led me to my career.
Favorite advice to give patients
Never give up – stay focused on your desired goals, but remember that small steps are what lead to your success.
I enjoy anything outdoors including running, camping, boating, fishing, four wheeling and kayaking. I also enjoy playing volleyball and family time.
Interesting fact about Jacey
I was a Physical Therapist Assistant for 6 years before becoming a PT. I grew up in the surrounding area and am very grateful that I was able to return here to pursue my career after completing my schooling.

As a student, I participated in creating this manuscript following completion of a research project which involved the development of a protocol for a practical method to temporarily interfere with proprioception in the upper limb of healthy humans. This protocol would then be useful in the development and testing of upper limb proprioception measures.
