Philosophy of care
I knew from a very young age that I wanted to be a nurse practitioner. I can’t imagine myself in any other career. I’m fortunate to be able to do a job that I love.

Why Erica into medicine
When patients come to see me, it is my hope that they feel that I listened to them and they leave understanding their plan of care. It can be difficult to navigate the medical world at times and it is my goal to help make the process a little easier.

Favorite advice to give patients
We are all on the same team. I want to help you get to work safely and effectively. If there are barriers in the way of working, they are often temporary or correctable and I will do my best to guide you through that process.
