Biography
Amanda Ruberg provides individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of mental health issues. She utilizes multiple evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to treat anxiety, depression, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and trauma, as well as other mental health conditions. She also provides hospital consultations.
