What is your philosophy of care
“As an occupational therapist, I believe that the patient should be viewed from a holistic approach. This should include adapting the task and/or environment to meet the individual person’s needs. I like to have the patient and family members or caregivers actively participate to ensure that the patient’s occupational needs and goals are identified.”

I enjoy seeing children and adolescents with sensory processing difficulties that present as behavioral dysregulation, oral aversion/”picky eating”, under or over responsive to interoceptive input, sensory sensitivities and avoidances, mental health, sleep, coordination and balance, attention and focus issues, learning and cognition disorders, fine motor issues, and reading and handwriting concerns.”
