Philosophy of care
As a nurse practitioner, my philosophy of care is to place the patient at the center of all decision-making processes. This involves treating each patient as an individual with unique needs, preferences and values. I recognize that health encompasses physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual aspects. I am committed to assessing and addressing all these dimensions of health to provide comprehensive care that promotes overall well-being.

Why Alicia went into medicine
I have had a fascination with medicine and a desire to help others since I was young. I have always gained motivation from helping others achieve their goals. Through nursing, I am able to help individuals navigate their health care journey and make meaningful strides towards optimal health and well-being.
