Rehabilitation and Support Services

Get back to feeling like yourself

Our team of expert, board-certified clinicians will support you during every step your rehab journey. They will do this by meeting you where you are and by providing you with the compassionate care you need.

Inpatient Rehabilitation

In St. Luke’s Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, we use advanced technology and treatment approaches. We also use a patient-centered model. This will help you regain function and maximize your independence on the journey toward home following an accident, illness or injury.

Outpatient Rehabilitation

After you have returned home, we offer outpatient rehabilitation services at 10 clinics throughout the region. This service involves skilled therapists in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy. We will work with you to help you achieve your highest level of independence.

Home Care Services

If you require skilled nursing care after retuning home, St. Luke’s Home Care Services and Extended Care Services provide additional support. This will help patients resume their activities of daily living after hospitalization.

Pastoral Care

St. Luke’s hospital chapel is open 24 hours for prayer and meditation. If you would like your church to be notified about your hospitalization, please include their contact information in your hospital admitting record. St. Luke’s hospital chaplains are also available around the clock. Your nurse can arrange a visit or you can call the chaplaincy office at 218.249.5495.

Organ, Tissue and Eye Donation

St. Luke’s partners with LifeSource and the Minnesota Lions Eye Bank to support organ, tissue and eye donation.
