St. Luke's Nephrology Associates Welcomes Dr. Hassan Salameh

St. Luke’s Nephrology Associates is pleased to welcome Dr. Hassan Salameh.

Dr. Salameh received his medical degree at Jordan University of Science and Technology in Irbid, Jordan. He completed residencies in Internal Medicine at Jordan University and the University of Missouri Kansas City. He also completed his fellowship in Nephrology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

Dr. Salameh is board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the Jordan Board of Internal Medicine.

Prior to joining St. Luke’s, Dr. Salameh was a hospitalist at Mercy Medical Center North in Mason City, Iowa.
