Could your child be the next face of St. Luke's?

We're looking for some super-cute kids to become the St. Luke's Facebook page cover photo for a month.

We'd love to see your cute pictures of your children demonstrating their healthy lifestyle, such as being active outside, nibbling on some fruit or helping cook a healthy family meal.

A team of judges will review the photos and we'll post the top four images for people to vote on the St. Luke's Facebook page in October. The two photos with the most "Likes" after two weeks will be featured as the cover photo on the St. Luke's Facebook page for one month each.

Email photos to us at socialmedia@slhduluth.com. All photos must be received by September 20, 2013.

We'll also need you to fill out an application form verifying that you are the parent or guardian of the child(ren) in the photo, and that you own the copyright to the photo or have the photographer's permission to use it.
