Neurosurgeon Dr. Robert Bejnarowicz Now Seeing Patients at St. Luke’s Chequamegon Clinic

St. Luke’s Neurosurgeon Dr. Robert Bejnarowicz is now seeing patients at St. Luke’s Chequamegon Clinic in Ashland, Wisconsin.

Dr. Bejnarowicz’s outreach will allow neurosurgery patients in the community and surrounding area to consult with a neurosurgeon closer to home. His areas of interest include complex spine surgery, minimally invasive spine surgery, total disk replacement, spine and brain trauma, and brain tumors. Talk to your primary care provider about a referral.

Dr. Bejnarowicz earned his medical degree from Midwestern University, Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his neurosurgical residency and an internship at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is board-certified through the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery, Neurosurgery Section.

Prior to joining St. Luke’s, Dr. Bejnarowicz served as the director of neurosurgery at Gateway Medical Center in Clarksville, Tennessee and as an active-duty officer in the U.S. Army Medical Department as chief of neurological surgery at Tripler Medical Center, Hawaii. He is a decorated military service member having served overseas in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation New Dawn and Operation Inherent Resolve.
