St. Luke’s Experiencing Phone Issues on Main Campus

Due to problems with underground phone lines in Duluth, nearly all of the phone numbers for St. Luke’s main hospital campus  are not working. However, St. Luke’s has been able to make immediate adjustments to ensure access via phone so that the Emergency Department phone number, as well as the main St. Luke’s number, 218.249.5555, are both available.

If you’re trying to call any clinic or department on the St. Luke’s main hospital campus, call 218.249.5555 and, when prompted for an extension, enter the last 4 digits of the clinic/department you are calling. If you don’t know the extension, please talk with the operator.

The phone line issues are also preventing all incoming and outgoing faxes from getting through. If you are trying to send a fax to St. Luke’s, please know that it’s not coming through. You can call the clinic to discuss alternatives for sending the information.

St. Luke’s is working with the phone company to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
