St. Luke's Names Pam Helgeson-Britton Director of Quality Management

St. Luke’s is pleased to announce Pam Helgeson-Britton has been named Director of Quality Management.

Helgeson-Britton received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the College of St. Scholastica. Prior to joining St. Luke’s, Helgeson-Britton served as director of organizational productivity, director of process excellence and vice president of strategy and performance improvement at Essentia Health.

Helgeson-Britton is active in the community. She serves as a board of directors’ officer for Hartley Nature Center and the Performance Excellence Network, and as a board committee member and volunteer at the Head of the Lakes United Way.
