St. Luke's Advanced Wound Care & Hyperbaric Center Welcomes Rachel Swor, NP

St. Luke’s Advanced Wound Care & Hyperbaric Center is pleased to welcome Nurse Practitioner Rachel Swor.

Swor received her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Prior to joining St. Luke’s, Swor was with Integrated Wound Care and Matrix Medical Network as a nurse practitioner in Duluth. She has also worked at St. Luke’s previously as a critical care float pool nurse.
