WHAT: St. Luke’s Birthing Center is celebrating its incredible remodel with a ribbon cutting. An open house will be held Wednesday.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The $1.8 million Birthing Center remodeling project began in February 2016 and was recently completed. There are 15 new birthing suites, a new family waiting room, kitchenette area and family bathroom. One great aspect of the remodel is that it eliminated shared patient bathrooms. The new Birthing Center features a new nurse call system for enhanced quietness, four rooms with walk-in showers, deep tubs for laboring and a modern look to match the state-of the art care patients receive.
