St. Luke's Welcomes Dr. Leslie Cavazos to St. Luke's Physical Medicine & Rehab Associates

St. Luke’s welcomes Dr. Leslie Cavazos to St. Luke’s Physical Medicine & Rehab Associates.

Dr. Cavazos received her medical degree from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. She completed her residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation, as well as a fellowship in cancer rehabilitation at the University of Kansas Medical Center. She is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Prior to joining St. Luke’s, Dr. Cavazos volunteered at a drug rehabilitation center and co-founded an acupuncture practice.
