Health Care Directive Putting Your Wishes in Writing
About This Event
Creating a health care directive eases the decision-making process for your loved ones and ensures that your wishes are respected if you should ever face a situation where you are unable to communicate them yourself. Attending one of these classes will help you learn about this legal written document and how to move forward in creating your own.
These classes are offered as part of St. Luke's involvement with the Honoring Choice community initiative.
BEGINNING IN MAY, classes will be returning to LIVE IN-PERSON meetings. We will continue to offer ZOOM classes quarterly those wishing option. Please select the correct class.
