- Long-tenured, collaborative team of internal medicine physicians and medical staff
- Team-based care model, including APCs, RN care coordinators, medical assistants, diabetes educators, pharmacists and mental health counselors
- Scribe support for administrative tasks
- Manageable on-call coverage and no on-call duties after 8 pm (full nocturnist support)
- 24/7 hospitalist support for codes, rapid response, and close daily collaboration
- 24/7 critical care support in the ICU
- Clinic connected via skywalk to hospital
- Dedicated support staff for rehabilitation and long-term care teams
Your Choice of Three Separate Models
There are several options of care models you can choose from:
- A blend of inpatient and outpatient care
- Outpatient-only care
- Long-term care and rehabilitation facility patient care

- Medical student mentoring and teaching opportunities
- Resident teaching, for core and elective medical student rotations, in collaboration with the University of Minnesota Duluth and Twin Cities
