Geriatrics care - family medicine or internal medicine physicians

Position Description

We have opportunities for BC/BE physicians to join an established group of Physician & APC providers taking care of patients at local Rehab, Long-Term Care and Assisted Living facilities. Positions are open to family medicine or internal medicine physicians.

• We offer full sub-specialty support along with a robust primary care team consisting of in/outpatient internal medicine, hospitalists, and family medicine.

• Position is M-F for onsite patient care at facilities and shared phone call only for evenings and weekends with a larger group of providers.

• There are FT or PT options and the opportunity to partake in a combination of Elder Care along with an outpatient clinic practice if desired.

• This position gives opportunities to teach Residents, Med Students and Advanced Practice Providers if interested.

• For well-qualified individuals, we have the flexibility to offer full or part-time depending on your personal needs.

Compensation

• Competitive Salary and Sign-on Bonus

• Full Benefits for 0.6 FTE or higher
