St. Luke’s COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Scheduling Appointments for those 12 & Up

St. Luke's COVID-19 Vaccine ClinicWith Wednesday’s (May 12) CDC approval that allows the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to be given to people 12 years and older, St. Luke’s welcomes this expanded group to make an appointment at its COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic.

The clinic will be open as follows the rest of this week:

Thursday: 7:30 am – 7 pm

Friday: 7:30 am – 3:30 pm

Patients can schedule an appointment through St. Luke’s myCare patient portal or by calling 218.249.4200. While appointments are encouraged, walk-ins are also accepted.

It is important to note that anyone under 18 is required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian or to bring a vaccine consent form signed by a parent or guardian. The form is available at slhduluth.com/COVIDVaccine.

The clinic is located in St. Luke’s Hospital, at the corner of 9th Avenue East and 1st Street.
