Lake View Hospital Welcomes St. Luke’s OB/GYN Dr. Aimee VanStraaten

Lake View Hospital is pleased to welcome Dr. Aimee VanStraaten, an obstetrician/gynecologist with St. Luke's Obstetrics & Gynecology Associates, to the Two Harbors community. Dr. VanStraaten will begin seeing patients on Tuesday, January 13.

Dr. VanStraaten will offer the full spectrum of gynecologic care to women in the Two Harbors community. "I look forward to offering gynecologic services to people of the North Shore and seeing them for treatment and follow-up in their own community," said Dr. VanStraaten. She was drawn to obstetrics and gynecology because of the long-term and consistent relationships she can develop with patients. She is dedicated to finding the best possible treatment plan for patients and their lifestyle.

A native of Minnesota, Dr. VanStraaten is a graduate of Loyola School of Medicine in Chicago, IL, and she completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
