St. Luke's received this letter from Danielle regarding St. Luke's Endocrinologist Dr. Derrick Aipoalani's care.
I am writing to tell you that I appreciate the quality of treatment that Dr. Aipoalani provides. Dr. Aipoalani listens. He will lean back in his chair, put his fingers together, give me his full attention and I know I won't be interrupted. I do not feel rushed when I visit him. I know I am going to have an opportunity to ask all of my questions. I know that he is going to answer them clearly and in ways that I can understand. His demeanor is relaxed, respectful and professional.
