Biography

Kylie provides individual psychotherapy to adults experiencing a variety of mental health issues. She uses a strengths-based approach, drawing on a combination of modalities including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Polyvagal Theory.

Her sessions focus on people’s mind and body, to help them find internal and external resources that will support their mental well-being. She approaches therapy with humility, knowing that the people she works with are the experts in their own experience. She validates people’s experiences, balanced with offering practical ways to manage symptoms.

Kylie views the people she works with from a person-in-environment perspective. She works to help them find the resources they need and challenge systemic barriers. She has worked with individuals from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds.
