Philosophy of care
My philosophy is to collaborate with my patients. This means I aim to educate, listen to and support them to make the best decisions by providing holistic options based in traditional Chinese medicine. My hope is to develop a deeper understanding of each person’s health needs and to create an individualized treatment plan that addresses the root of their problems to help them achieve optimal health.

Why Kristina went into medicine
Practicing traditional Chinese medicine through acupuncture gives me the opportunity to introduce patients to an ancient form of healing that can improve their quality of life naturally. I also have a passion for Asian culture and philosophy.

Favorite advice to give patients
Listen to your body.
