Philosophy of care
I believe in safety, compassion and collaboration.

Why Jonna went into medicine
I have wanted to be a doctor since I was 5 years old. My mom says that I used to talk about delivering babies since that time. So, it has always been my path in life, and I was able to reach that goal. Now that I am in medicine, I find even more joy in it than just delivering babies. I greatly enjoy taking care of women in all stages of their lives.

Favorite advice to give to patients
Trust yourself and your body -- you know you better than a health care provider ever will. We can work together to find a path that works the best for you.

Hometown

Hobbies
I enjoy spending time with my two children, my husband and our family, traveling (especially internationally), hiking, and spending time in and being near the water.
