My philosophy of care is to always be a ray of sunshine for my patients regardless of how their day may be going. I strive to promote teamwork and collaboration which allows my patients to flourish and reach their full potential.
Why Ashley went into medicine
Growing up, I had the opportunity to witness the profound influence nurses exert during the most challenging moments in people's lives. Many of my interactions exposed me to caring and compassionate nurses who consistently supported their patients, no matter the circumstances. These experiences kindled a passion for nursing within me, as I aspire to assist those in need, whether it's providing medical care, lending a helping hand, or simply sharing a laugh to brighten their day.

My favorite advice to give patients is when in doubt, always ask. There is no dumb question.
