Why Ashley went into medicine
The human body has always fascinated me. When I was younger, the doctors who took care of me had all this vast knowledge at their fingertips. They understood how the body worked, responded, moved and healed. I wanted that vast knowledge as well, to help others get better.
Favorite advice to give patients
You don’t have to just see me when you are hurting. I like doughnuts, too!

I love being active inside and outside. You can often find me laughing, hiking, running, biking, competing in triathlons, watching and playing hockey and crafting. I also love theater and choir.
