St. Luke's Community Care Team Welcomes Mark Wiita, NP

St. Luke’s Community Care Team is pleased to welcome Nurse Practitioner Mark Wiita.

Wiita provides care to St. Luke’s patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities and rehab centers. He received his Master of Science-Family Nurse Practitioner degree and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth. Wiita is certified as an advanced practice registered nurse by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Prior to joining St. Luke’s, Wiita was with Essentia Health in family practice medicine and urgent care medicine.

For a number of years, Wiita has been a volunteer at St. Luke’s Hospice, providing respite care for caregivers and instrumental music therapy for patients.
