Grant Request Policy
The St. Luke’s Foundation Board of Directors will make authorization and approval of grant requests. Grants will be made for one or more of the following purposes:
To improve patient care, including new program development, equipment acquisition and other capital needs of St. Luke’s.
To further the health education of St. Luke’s employees and medical staff so as to achieve St. Luke’s mission.
To assist clinical research by the Hospital staff where results will contribute to the general body of knowledge regarding health issues and more specifically where the results will accrue to the benefit of the Hospital and its community.
To assist in funding health care education in the community and region when there is a beneficial and supporting relationship between the requesting agency and St. Luke’s.
