Practice Specifics: Seeking 2 Pulmonology Medicine Physicians

St. Luke's Pulmonary Medicine has an excellent opportunity for 2 BC/BE physicians to join an already thriving practice. Various FTEs available.

In addition, St. Luke's Sleep Disorders Center conducts sleep studies for individuals who may have a sleep disorder such as sleep apnea, insomnia, leg movement disorders or narcolepsy.

We treat conditions including:

  • Acute or chronic lung infections
  • Asthma and exercise-induced asthma
  • Acute or chronic bronchitis
  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
  • Daytime sleepiness
  • Emphysema
  • Insomnia/poor sleeping patterns
  • Lung cancer
  • Occupational lung injury
  • Pulmonary fibrosis
  • Pulmonary hypertension
  • Sarcoidosis
  • Shortness of breath
  • Sleep apnea
  • Assisting with smoking cessation
  • Acute respiratory failure from neuromuscular disease
  • Ventilator management and various ventilator methods
  • Pulmonary rehabilitation

Clinic:

  • Typical Schedule: M-F from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
  • Average between 12-14 patients/day
  • Primarily 30-minute appointments

Community Description:

Nestled on the shores of Lake Superior, Duluth is a regional medical, cultural, entertainment, educational, banking and retail center serving northeast Minnesota, northwest Wisconsin, upper Michigan and southern Ontario, Canada.
