St. Luke's Foundation Welcomes New Board Member

St. Luke’s Foundation welcomes new board member Pakou Ly.

Pakou Ly currently serves as a Public Information Officer for the City of Duluth fulfilling responsibilities in public relations and media relations. Ly strives to ensure citizen access to services and information and facilitate effective two-way communication between city government and its residents and stakeholders. Prior to joining the City, Ly was a Program Manager on a $2.25 million federal capacity grant with the United Way of greater Duluth and also worked as a Policy Analyst for Ramsey County preceding her move to Duluth. Ly has lived in Duluth for nine years with her husband and five children.
