Use Urgent Care for:

  • Sore throats
  • Earaches
  • Minor cuts
  • Minor burns and bruises
  • Sprains and strains
  • General illness

Use the Emergency Department for:

  • Chest pain
  • Severe abdominal pain
  • Severe eye pain, minor loss of vision, or chemicals in eye(s)
  • Head injury/headaches
  • Seizures
  • Fevers greater than 104 degrees
  • Numbness or weakness, and a stroke is suspected
  • Spinal injury
  • Suspected or known overdose
