How do I sign up for myCare?

Is there an app for my phone?

Yes. You can access St. Luke's myCare from your Android or Apple phone by downloading the Meditech MHealth app from the Apple Store or Google Play. Then, search for St. Luke's. Use your login and password to access your account.

How do I log into the portal?

To log in to the portal, either search for St. Luke's within the Meditech MHealth app or visit slhduluth.com/myCare.

Can my family access my portal account?

Yes, you can choose to give your family access to your portal account. You can give others, such as your spouse or parents, access to your portal from within the portal or you may complete this proxy form. Is my information safe?

Yes. Passwords are encrypted and URLs are re-written so that they cannot be copied and pasted. You and authorized family members are the only ones who can access your portal. Also, a timeout feature protects your information if you leave the portal page open. To keep your information safe, it is important that you don't share your login information.

Where does my health information in the portal come from?

All the information in St. Luke's myCare comes from your St. Luke's electronic medical record. You always have access to the most accurate, up-to-date information.

How do I use telehealth with the portal?

See the telehealth visit user guide for more information. For the best virtual visit experience, we recommend using a smartphone or tablet.

When can I see my test results?

Your lab results will be available on the portal once they are ready. You may see them before your provider sees them. You will be contacted by your provider if any of your results require follow up.

What if I don't see my test results in the portal?

In general, most test results are available on the portal within 14 days. If you have not received your results by then, contact your provider.

Do I have access to all my health information from each clinic?

Yes. The patient portal is part of the St. Luke's health care system and provides easy, one-step access to all your health information. Your records from each St. Luke's clinic are included in the portal.

Can I access my patient portal when traveling overseas?

If you are traveling outside of the United States, Canada or Mexico, you may not have access to your patient portal.
