How do I sign up for St. Luke's myCare?

  1. Visit slhduluth.com/myCare
  2. Click on the Sign up for myCare button
  3. Complete the enrollment request
  4. You will receive an email from St. Luke's. Click on the link to the portal and select a new username and password.

How do I download the app?
You can access St. Luke's myCare from your Android or Apple phone by downloading the Meditech MHealth app from the Apple Store or Google Play. Then, search for St. Luke's. Use your login and password to access your account.

How do I sign up my dependent for St. Luke's myCare?
To sign up a dependent under the age of 12 for St. Luke’s myCare, fill out this enrollment form using their information. Once your dependent’s portal is activated, you can view their health information by logging in to their account. To access your personal health information, you will need to log out of your dependent’s account and log back in using your personal login information.

If a dependent is aged 12-17, this proxy form will need to be filled out for a parent to have access to the dependent's myCare account. This is based on Minnesota Statute 144.343 which allows minors to independently consent to the evaluation and treatment of pregnancy, STDs, and substance abuse.

Is my information safe?
Yes. Portal passwords are encrypted and URLs are re-written so that they cannot be copied and pasted. You and authorized family members are the only ones who can access your portal. Also, a timeout feature protects your information if you leave the portal page open. To keep your information safe, it is important that you don't share your login information.

Where does my health information in the portal come from?
All the information in St. Luke's myCare comes from your St. Luke's Electronic Medical Record. You always have access to the most accurate, up-to-date information possible.

How do I log into the portal?
To log in to the portal, either search for St. Luke's within the MHealth App or visit slhduluth.com/myCare.

How do I use telehealth with the portal?

Is access to the patient portal available through an Apple or Android app?
Yes, you can download the MHealth App from the Apple Store or Google Play. Then, search for St. Luke's. Use your login and password to access your account.

Can my family access my portal?
You can give others, such as your spouse or parents, access to your portal from within the portal or you may complete this proxy form.

When can I see my test results?
Your test results will be posted to myCare seven days after your results are completed. Your doctor may also send you a letter via the portal, which you will see within 24 hours of your doctor sending the letter.

What tests and results can I see on my portal?
Most lab results will be on the portal. However, highly sensitive tests, such as HIV and STD tests, will not be posted on the portal. Diagnostic images, including CT, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, X-ray and heart studies will never be posted on the portal.

Do I have access to all of my health information from each clinic?
The patient portal is part of the St. Luke's health care system and provides easy, one-step access to your health information. Your records from each St. Luke's clinic are included in the portal.

Can I access my patient portal when traveling overseas?
If you are traveling outside of the United States, Canada or Mexico, you may not have access to your patient portal
