We are very, very fortunate.

Our son, Chase, first saw Dr. Donovan when he was 2, and they just clicked. How many parents can say to their son they are going to take him to the doctor and he is OK with that?

We love the staff at Miller Creek. They know us, and not because we are there frequently – they are real and very kind and funny. Dr. Donovan will tell me exactly what's going on an in a way that you understand.

I think it's back to what a doctor was like back in the day. They know you, and they know your kids. They can look at the chart and say, "Oh yes, here come the Bergstedts." It's not just someone walking in the door for a 15-minute slot. It's not like that at all with them – they take the time we need. It's a great thing – we are very, very fortunate.
