Join "Southern Yankee" celebrity chef and restaurateur Rory Schepisi and a Novo Nordisk Diabetes Educator when they visit for a healthy cooking demonstration and educational workshop. She will show how to make a low-carb, full-flavor dish and share favorite healthy recipes.
