Our Trauma Care Team

St. Luke's organized trauma team stand ready day and night to care for the critically injured or ill. The Trauma Program Manager and the Director of Trauma follow every trauma patient who arrives at our door, whether arriving in an ambulance, a helicopter or by car closely.

The trauma team includes trauma surgeons and other physician specialists as needed. Also included are the nurses, emergency response personnel and other health care professionals who administer care at the scene, in the hometown hospital and in St. Luke's Emergency Department.

Specific support services include laboratory, Respiratory Therapy, Physical and Occupational Therapies, Radiology, Surgery, Critical Care, Medical/Surgical Care and Rehabilitation staff.
