Employee Assistance Program

St. Luke's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is all about helping people. Employees are your company's greatest asset, and St. Luke's EAP is available to help your employees resolve personal matters - large and small. Your employees can use EAP to address issues such as marriage and family problems, financial and legal troubles, stress, depression, substance abuse, and other personal or work concerns.

Our EAP counselors offer confidential, professional, short-term counseling as well as health and wellness education to help your employees overcome problems before they interfere with job performance. Our EAP services can also involve employees' family members, supervisors and coworkers.
