Stroke Program

The Stroke Program provides comprehensive rehabilitation for individuals with strokes.

Highlights of Our Stroke Services

  • Therapy provided by a multidisciplinary team including:
    • Sabo Flex, which assists with relearning to use the affected upper extremity
    • Vital Stim, which assists with relearning to swallow
    • Neuro-Developmental Treatment, a specialized approach for treating hemiplegia
  • Health management including nutrition, skin, bowel and bladder problems, and self-medication administration programs
  • Mobility Training
  • Activities of Daily Living Training (bathing, grooming, eating, cooking, etc)
  • Adaptive equipment assessments
