St. Luke's Clinics will coordinate and process your referrals for needed specialty services. If you have questions about referrals, call 218-249-6822.
All St. Luke's Clinics participate in Medicare, Medical Assistance, and most commercial insurance and health plans available in our region. If you have questions about insurance coverage at any of our Clinics, please call your insurance company or health plan.
After we receive payment from your insurance/health plan, you will be billed for deductibles, additional co-pays and any services not covered by your insurance. A finance charge of one percent per month may be applied to all patient balances that are more than 90 days past due.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover. If you need assistance with payment arrangements, please speak with one of our patient account representatives at your Clinic.
Refilling Prescription Medication
When you need a prescription refilled for medication we have prescribed for you, please have your pharmacy contact your Clinic directly. With your doctor's approval, we can coordinate the refill for you, saving you time.
Please note that we cannot refill medications prescribed for you by other physicians. Please contact that physician's office for refills that cannot be done through your pharmacy.
Our office hours are generally Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please call the Clinic to schedule an appointment.
Please call in advance for an appointment if you are coming in for tests or procedures that do not require a visit with your physician (i.e., allergy shots, blood pressure checks, and lab). Calling ahead allows staff time to prepare your chart, which will reduce your wait time.
Please give 24-hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
